Details : I had paid all my dues, as confirmed by Paytm postpaid itself, however everyday over three agents call me an harass me for money, I am not able to focus at work because of this, third party shops had refunded my money after I paid the postpaid bill and that should have been refunded back to my bank account, but paytmpostpaid has kept that money with them and charges me 2% convenience fee to spend my own money, when I asked refund for that money months back, they promised you can spend that money and pay 2% convenience fee, however a bill will not be generated for it, yet a bill was generated for it and they are torturing me everyday to make payments, I have reached to them over, chat, call Twitter there is no positive response, I even got a mangaer’s number who has not in 1 month replied even once back to me. I have attached few photos for proof. PLEASE HELP ME FROM THIS harassment!!
