May 2022 I received call from paytm agent to make balance payment, I has asked for amount and I paid that particular amount as directed by paytm agent in their app, after few days again legal threats from paytm started after making payment, I asked paytm recovery agent about same via WhatsApp as they don’t attend phone calls, I had been informed that my file has not reached the table yet and amount will get zero, after some days there were again threats and the paytm agent phone was off, till date I am getting legal threats from paytm to make balance payment as I already made the payment and received no settlement letter from their side, attacked here proof of payment and conversation with paytm agents.
