Hi sir / madam,
Here are the details of fraud. Paytm team activated postpaid account and processed the coupons worth 6750. Since the whole I noticed the coupons in my account, requested team to revoke the fraud transaction in multiple channels. Later sometime they stopped responding to emails. There is no customer care on board to convey the issue. Now finally they started harassment by sending messages and making calls. Need somebody help to rectify the problem. Thanks in advance.
