Hi,
From Dec 2022 to February 2023, I did not made single transaction with Paytm Postpaid. I have the stataments for all three months with zero balance. Still Paytm postpaid has charged late payment fees of 295 rupees.
Paytm is not supporting for Postpaid issues. I tried reaching Aditya Birla Finance and I did not get any proper support.
I will upload the screen shots of passbook and homepage.
Kindly help in resolving the issue.
