Text of Complaint by VENKATESH RAJKUMAR RAVINDRAN:

Respected Sir,

This is Venkatesh Rajkumar here . On April 16 between 5:50 PM to 6:10 PM in my Paytm Account Fraud Transactions happened in the postpaid. Regarding paytm postpaid which is worthless and i havent used it easily for the past 3 months as there are a lot of restrictions.Seems the fraud guy accessed my account and he closed my postpaid account and opened my new postpaid account with the Credit Limit of around 44000.And he did the transaction for 43996.62(Postpaid) and also he did the fraud transactions in my wallet of around 97.38(Wallet) so total Around 97.38(Wallet)+43996.62(Postpaid)=44094 INR. I have clicked the Phishy link logged in and caused all these and i logged out immediately. These are all fraudulent transactions done by Fraud guy 7407310219 even if you search him truecaller it shows as fraud without the name and phishing message came from that number only. Tried reaching Paschim Gujarat Vij Company Limited which major transaction happened of about 35044/- They are saying the same thing they seems to be Electricity Org and some consumer paying the bill and cannot be recovered and they suggested us to register a Police Complaint and they can support based on police investigation. I have taken this much time because i have raised two complaints (187966293 (16 April) – 188876717 (29 April)) in Paytm but no Support from your end I have attached the Postpaid Statement which all transactions happened including paytm wallet fraud transaction of 97.38. Please consider this as a Police Complaint and file FIR on this . You can reach me at any time without any consent . I request you to take necessary action and cancel all these transactions that happened in postpaid. Let me know in case any forms need to be filled and will fill accordingly . FYI Basically I’m from Bangalore but currently i’m in my Native Thanjavur as i’m affected by Covid 19 for the past 15 days. Please let me know if any other details are required.CyberCrime Incident Also Raised for the same Acknowledgement Number : 21605210077015.Phishy Message, Fraud Transaction Details of Postpaid Statement and Wallet Fraud Transaction, Cyber Crime Complaint Acknowledgement details are attached.

I replied through App also for the same issue which you asked for the details to bring more clarity. Please reach out to me in all ways if you need further information. Expecting positive reply from your end.

Thanks and Regards,
Venkatesh Rajkumar

  1. Hello same transaction happend with me by Aditya birla fraud guy who is using number 8002707000. I called Aditya Birla group for my loan disburstment inquiry and this guy ask me about my registered mobile number then ask otp and link Reliance Jio with paytm and done fraud of for Jiogrocery app.

I called paytm care but no respond the security and privacy guy Mr. sandeep singh not even helping how to cancell paytm post paid or unlink my account from jio so there is no more fraud happend with my account. No direct contact number, No option to deactivate, No fraud listed option

    1. Did you guys get more info from the cybercrime team, I raised the complaint but no solution so far. Same happened to me in different scenario no OTP were provided but still they were able to steal money from my postpaid amount and it is approx. 33k now Aditya Birla goons threatening me for paying bill what should I do.

  2. Had an awful experience recently where paytm wallet & Paytm post-paid was syphoned off. No support from paytm & paytmcare team even after 45 days. Only harassments! FIR filed against @Paytm. Wondering if Paytm cares.
