I received a call from mobile no. 7077613925 for KYC updation when I picked up the call, he asked me that he is from Paytm and wants to confirm my details for KYC . He already knew all my personal details i.e. Pan Card No. , DOB and Email -ID , I did not tell him any personal detail of min after that he asked me to scan my face on the Paytm app at Paytm postpaid option and as soon as I did that I started getting messages of 10,000 each (6 times ) saying thank you for purchasing Amazon gift Card and I also got a mail from Amazon but when I tried to redeem the Gift Card it was written that this cards have been already redeemed by someone else . In this manner I have lost an amount of Rs.60,000 from Paytm Postpaid account .
I request you to kindly act against that person and Paytm for leaking my personal details to someone else .

I have not received any Password / OTP on my Mobile.
My mobile was hacked by some one due to which I neither received any OTP nor Password & no Message regarding New Device Login on my Mobile. And also I have not shared any detail to that person , my face was scanned on the Patym app at the Postpaid option .
If I would have got any message then at that time only I would have became aware of that .
I did not get any message from Patym which can alert me about this fraud .I did not get any OTP before Loan Sanction. The complete fault is of Patym because all my details are leaked from Patym only .
The person has also done financial frauds with other people the image is being attached.The Police complaint , Cyber crime complaint and recording of the fraudster is being attached in the mail kindly listen the recording carefully.
All my details are leaked by Patym . I think the Patym employees are also involved in this crime because Patym is also trying to get saved from this matter as they are saying that they can’t initiate the refund. .
