I have take a loan of 2000 Rs from postpaid and they added 64convenience fee and 590 Rs late fee. Later one of their customer executive called me and told me that if you pay 2064 now then late fee will be waive off . Even I have recorded that voice call and asked 10times to that lady that if I pay now then surely my late fee will waive off and she keep convincing me that yes it will but after paying I constantly getting call from Paytm to pay late fee. This is so ridiculous and I’m very much frustrated because of this. I can neither contact them nor chat with them that’s why I’m writing this complain in hope that I will get my resolution.
