Hi Team,
I just missed the payment of Paytm Postpaid due to some family issue I paid the full amount at 7 oct 2022, 10:19am. while in the process of payment,
The Payment was successful on 07oct-2022 at 10:19 AM.
As a one-time exception, all other Bank and Credit line service companies provide the waiver of late fees. But here due to some emergency, PayTm One97 Communications is not providing the Late Fee Waiver.
This situation can happen to anyone. But here Aditya Birla Finance Limited or PayTm One97 Communications taking advantage and only trying to make money without understanding the customer’s problem, at least once. I am using Paytm for the last 8 years and Postpaid for the last 2 years. I have never done a late payment in the past 2 years.
I have never seen this kind of worst service from Aditya Birla Finance Limited or PayTm One97 Communications.
I think in this case customers should avoid using PayTM Postpaid and PayTM services.
Please help me here.
