I’m using Paytm postpaid service 477 rupees and I give charge 16.89 I pay 493.89 total but when I use postpaid the marchent refund my money back the I already paid 477+16.89=493.89 but my refund money by marchent 477 is my money and I use my 477 rupees but Paytm charge again in this money 16.89 and I already paid to Paytm postpaid
