My Paytm Postpaid Bill was generated on 1st of October of 21474₹ which I paid on 2nd of October itself.
Even Paytm Confirmed about the done transition but Paytm Postpaid is not updating the done payment, currently blocked my account, has put penalty on me even after paying the dues before time. Since 2nd I’m trying to contact them, constantly sharing the Transaction Id and order is but still the situation is same and I’m daily receiving calls for clearing the dues.
There is no way of Directly contacting Paytm Postpaid, it’s only through 24×7 which never replies and not resolving this issue.
