My name is deepanshu jain. I have paytm postpaid account which is linked from my phone no. I didn’t use paytm postpaid account from last three months due to bad services of paytm postpaid and misbehaving or provide wrong information by paytm postpaid recovery team and support. Paytm postpaid staff makes me fool from past two months. I paid multiple payments against my dues which was guide by paytm support executive or recovery executive after payment they said your due amount will be zero in next 3 or 4 working days and it happened multiple times with me but still My paytm postpaid account shows due and penalty amount. Different executive and different recovery person continuously call me regarding payment. It was my worst experience with paytm postpaid. I didn’t used single rupee through paytm postpaid from past 2 months and paytm postpaid add each month penalty on penalty and trying to scam with me.
Today I received a call from paytm collection officer his name is krishna and phone no is 8595051314 and i tried to understand my problem to him but he didn’t want to listen me and continue pressurized me for payment.
