I’m having issue in paying my Paytm postpaid bill.
Because of some technical issues from Paytm side the bill which I’ve already paid of RS 3860 on 20 Sep has been added to my current postpaid bill of Rs 2103.
And, now after late payment fees they’re asking me for payment of RS 6780 .
I’ve talked to customer care
But, they are like it’s not are department we can’t help you with it.
I regularly get call from Aditya Birla finance group for my Paytm postpaid bill payment.
They are literally harassing and doing mental torture to me by calling daily
I’ve asked them to solve this problem
But, they are like it’s not our department
We are here for just calling purpose.
Please help me with it.
