Hi Team,
I’ve paid all the dues of paytm post paid, But still the paytm company (lender= Aditya Birla Finance) submit the remark of suit filed, wilful, default, written off, settled in my cibil report.
Kindly request you to convey my issue with the paytm company.
Please file a complaint with the RBI at https://sachet.rbi.org.in/Complaints/Add. The RBI has taken a stern view about such Ghost loans and will take necessary action against the NBFC
