Dear sir/Mam
I took loan from Paytm postpaid, Clix Capital Services Private Limited
On date 09/2020 rs 3000/-
And made a repayment on 14/01/2021
But till date my account not yet closed, it showing account is active.
And it showing iam paying monthly but I don’t have any due.
It affecting my credit score. And showing one year due
Kindly clear above issue and update my credit score.
And need my NOC from Paytm post paid.
As per above reference mail, here iam attaching my Paytm postpaid transaction details

i am manoj aggarwal paytm user with registered number 9878000598
by some how in november 2022 some one activated paytm postpaid service and availed a credit limit of rs 60000 and then instantly some one cheated and used all 60000 limit and also money in my wallet
i felt cheated and doesnt want to make complaint to police
i kept quite and make payment of the total on 06 dec 2022
and on 08 jan 2023(no-reply@paytm.com) i received email of penalty of rs 885
and then i checked my all paytm in details and then realized that again some sumar singh have withdrawn 60000 on 08 dec 2022 3.35pm via transaction id 768449833
i am very tensed and want to complaint against the same
and want to deactivate my credit limit asap
and this time a will not be able to pay against this fraud
