Hi Team,
I’ve paid all the dues of paytm post paid, But still the paytm company (lender= Aditya Birla Finance) submit the remark of suit filed, wilful, default, written off, settled in my cibil report. I had to file loan request for my daughter’s education but due to paytm postpaid my cibil score became negative. I have paid my dues twice (8k+8k) to settle the postpaid dues
so my loan gets approved but still paytm postpaid is showing due amount and asking me to pay again. I have proof of talking to one their executives to settle the dues and my payment history of paying the dues twice. Kindly request you to convey my issue with the paytm company.
