I was charged late fee even though i was trying to do the payment within billing cycle, when i received a call from paytm postpaid about payment not done, then i explained them about everything. this happened for 3 months straight and when the late fee became 1500 then again i received a call from paytm postpaid, i asked them to connect to their senior since none of the calling employee was able to solve my problem. He said on call do a payment of 852 and rest of the fee will be waived off since it was their issue. Now almost 15 days have passed and no solution is given yet. Even Postpaid does not have a email or helpline number to register complaint.
