This is Rahul. my complaint is about Paytm postpaid. i transferred 8700 including charges to my landlord account but the money has not been credited to receivers account. mine is showing successful. i even checked with receivers bank but there is no credit of money.( No Records of money credit through the transaction ref no.) As i transferred money through postpaid account the customer care is not available to speak, only a chat bot. no resolution has been made.
