Iam apurv Koli and my complaint is about Paytm postpaid,I had a limit of rs 3000 nd before I have taken out or use that amount,but i have paid all the dues on time just only one due was late,after paying all the dues that is showing me the limit of rs 3000 but from 20-25 days before ago this transaction is not processing it is showing some technical issue with Paytm postpaid,I have tried to chat with Paytm postpaid costumer service but it is not fulfill it has some limit options and we had to choose from it for chat but it has not fulfill it is not proper,if we tried to talk with executive Paytm postpaid does not have option for call,it only have option of chat which is not any work.After doing the mail also they are not giving reply for mail.There is need of money to every single person and if this type of prblm is occuring from 20-25 days then this service is not of any work of people,this is worst thing
