I have been using Paytm postpaid since 1.5 years with loan account number,
PYTMPPABFL51601551600076
Some months ago I had survived from a severe road accident…and has been in complete rest .so i have not paid the Paytm postpaid bill and the penalty has got added to it…
The collection agents from
AdityaBirla has called me repeatedly and asked me to pay the Amount of 2100 (excluding penalty) so that your late charges be waived off
So i have brought the money from somewhere and paid it completely the principal amount (excluding late penalty) but the charges have not been waived off as they said in conversation with me and it is badly affecting my credit score and others….
There is no dedicated help line number and also the customer support was completely of auto responsive…
Now that I’m feeling why I have taken this loan from Aditya Birla finance through PAYTM POSTPAID
PLEASE Look into the issues as soon as possible.
