There is no due against my paytm postpaid account. The railway which were purchased was canceled and necessary refund was given in paytm postpaid wallet.After the refund the necessary due was cleared by me but still I am getting calls that my account is overdue and paytm postpaid account has been locked.
Kindly look into the matter.
