I have paid 5150 rs extra in paytm postpaid apart from all the dues. Now paytm postpaid has blocked my account and there is no way of getting that money back. They dont have IVR facility for postpaid and you cannot chat to customer care. I am financially very weak and this amount means a lot to me. If someone can help me out that I will be very grateful. Paytm is holding this amount from last 2 months. Excess payment can be seen in the screenshot.

As already communicated to customer care executive that due to server issue i am not able to pay the due amount on 07th sept 2022.Kindly request you to reimbursement the Late fee amount Rs 590 & Rs 118 which was still showing as due 708 rupees. Kindly request you to do the needful.
