I borrowed 4000 rupees from paytm postpaid. Because they told me that interest rate would be 0.00 %. But before the month’s end , they charged me 900 rupees saying that it’s 500 rupees fine and 400 rupees interest. I asked them what percentage is interest rate . They didn’t tell me. I asked them for a statement . They didn’t send. I tried to complain about this on their office but the said i can’t complaint with customer support. And website doesn’t have any complaint related options. It’s been three months. The amount is now 7000 rupees. They are harassing me by phone call and coming to my home . I don’t know what to do. I am lost . Please help me. I would be forever grateful. Thanks.
