Hi,
My name is Venkateswarlu B, I have utilized Paytm Post-paid facility and make the payment on time every time, but due to my health issues I missed the payment for an amount of Rs.1000/- on day of 27th January 2023 had conversation with Paytm post-paid customer care executive is explaining me, pay 50% amount on total outstanding, i. e; Rs. 1500/- remaining 50% will be exclusively discounted for today itself. Based on the conversation immediate I made the payment for amount of Rs.1500/- out of Rs.1000/- But few days onwards again Paytm post-paid customer care executives will repeatedly calling and harassing me to clear the total outstanding amount, otherwise this will be taking next level.
Hence I am requesting you, please look in to this matter and close my issue at the earliest.
