Paytm provided the product know as paytm postpaid to their customers recently and I also took interest and started using paytm postpaid but when I used the money first time and now I am clearing my dues but i am unable to make the payment due to some web page error in their system. If I don’t pay the due amount I will be charged extra money with interest. As this is not my fault if I am unable to pay the due amount due to their technical problem. I even contacted their customers care number so many times but their answer is always the same and not satisfying. They are not giving the proper guidance as I asked them. They didn’t even respond to my calls. I request you to please raise my issue to their officials and give proper solution.
