Sir/ Ma’am,
Pratik Sharma , I am a user of Paytm Postpaid. I barely use the service of postpaid in paytm but today i.e 29 August 2023 ,two transactions have been done one at 06:21 pm of 4955.09 and another at 06:22 pm of 4874.73 without my knowledge and authorisation,nor did i recieve any OTP or Confirmation to a vendor name ZOMATO LIMITED
I have mailed the PAYTM but they didn’t respond and even I got call from their customer care executive and they try to force me to pay the dues which I haven’t used
Please help me to get rid off from this problem
It’s a big scam going in PAYTM POSTPAID SERVICE
