I purchased rs 400 transaction and had sufficient 900 balance in my account.  Later one month am getting payments reminder.

I am shocked to be charged 25 late payment chgs.

For the credit I don’t wish and forefull pushed to.

And crazy part is I payed the outstanding along with intrest from same my available balance.

If we don’t have balance we can understand but this not done.

No customer care number and proper response.

Prepaid was good but post paid ????
