Text of Complaint by Amith N Kale:

I made a transaction with a bank through my Paytm payments bank account, The money did not reach the destination bank and the money (sum of 1640/-) was deducted from my account, After getting in touch with your customer care on my phone they assured me that the payment would be credited back within 2-3 working days, But it has been more than 10 and still I don’t see the money being credited to my account.

Please look into my complaint as soon as possible and credit my money back to my account, I cannot reach out to any of their executives and the computer-generated held also does not give much clarity, Hence this complaint.
