My order failed at amzon .after that they refunded my money to my paytm account but its not showing in my balance.when i called the amazon they said that they have transferred the amount to my paytm payments bank account and they send me a mail with transaction reference number which is Refund Reference # 928016388406
Regarding that no i have called paytm customers service then they said that the didn’t received any amount from amazon.but amazon says the transferred amount with proof.
Paytm is lieing with me please help me
