Dear consumer court,
I have Done paytm upi payment 0n 1 nov 2021,06:09 pm in municipal water tax (Government of Andhra Pradesh)with upi ref no:130537577306 , amount:1200.payment show success in paytm .but merchant bank not received amount till now.i have asked many times to paytm customer care .but there is no response.it is not responding customers.please clarify this issue.and refund my money immediately
