“shop on Amazon.in and pay it from paytm payment bank bank through UPI..I cancelled my order..then amazon.in is saying that they will initiate my amount of 149 .they also give me an refund reference no.#929220345105. I called amazon customer care they said transaction has initiate but there is no refund in my account.. i called paytm bank says ..there are also saying no refund has initiate in …now what can I do..pleaseshop on Amazon.in and pay it from paytm payment bank bank through UPI..I cancelled my order..then amazon.in is saying that they will initiate my amount of 4048.19.they also give me an refund reference no. 4418620059 Icalled amazon customer care they said transaction has initiate but there is no refund in my account.. i called paytm bank says ..there are also saying no refund has initiate in …now what can I do..please help I am also attached all proof of Amazon pay given me and confirmation mail
