Text of Complaint by Utkarsh kumar:

In the 9 th January of 2022 I made 3 transcation and all transactions show me pending after 1 hour all transactions was failed and I called to customer care and he told we will refund back in 48 hours I wait48 hours but my money is refund and customer care was giving me false information because 347 my cheque is bounce and I will pay penalty for 595 who is responsible payment so I want to consumer court take action against paytm
