I had taken a loan of 2000 from paytm pay letter which I have paid but still I am showing a balance of 96 rupees. When I try to fill that too, it shows me that you do not owe anything.Due to which my CIBIL score is getting very bad, when I wanted to complain about it on Paytm, they just showed me sympathy and said that whatever your complaint is, it will be fixed.
Sir I request you to get the solution of my problem as soon as possible so that I do not have any problem in future, even today I had called on Paytm, then they told me that we have complained from our side.You will get the solution, but till now I have not received any mail or call.
