I got refund from Amazon Rs.588. I paid through my Paytm digital Rupay card to Amazon and I canceled my product and they have refunded in this account and provided me transaction id which is 1CW7MJL60000K19Z24A6.
But i have not received any money in my paytm saving account, when I contacted Amazon, they are saying that I should contact Paytm payment bank customer care department and request them to file a charge dispute.
But Paytm Paytm bank is not filing charge dispute and saying that they have no information regarding this transaction id which amazon provided 1CW7MJL60000K19Z24A6.
Paytm Payment bank is not helping me at all and I am in big trouble, Amazon is saying they can’t do anything without charge dispute reference number.
Consumer court, please give me justice.
