Dear sir,
On 22 july 2018 i ordered a hp laser jet pro mfp printer.on 26 july my mother got a courir from paytm.i was not at home that time.when i came home and saw very small size courir,i amajed,because i had not given any such small size order.i opend it and found a toner cartidge and bill of printer.
i shocked and immediately contact to paytm coustmer care.they give me query no.77881019 and said that they will solve my issue as early as pissible..i request to cancel the order.
instead to do any inquiry they ask me thousands question,i gave all answer,after answering all ,i got a msg at midnight that my request is rejected by them.
hence i gave all pics of item and i ask them plz confirm to your courir that they have not given any 10 kg weigh printer to my mother.they just delieverd 750 gm toner.plz help me regarding this..
