I ordered food from Paytm ONDC and it is showing as successfully delivered but I didn’t receive any order not did I receive any call from the delivery person. Moreover the delivery person’s number is switched off and no way to contact anyone from the Paytm team. I have raised a complaint in the Paytm application as well but it is showing that it’ll take an hour to get resolved. No way to update for refund as well as it does not have options in the application.
