I ordered a Hattrick combo and whooper combo worth Rs. 1176 (from Paytm Ondc) and I was delivered 3 cold drinks instead. When complaint, customer service said that there is nothing they can do since the order was delivered. They cannot resolve this issue and I have lost almost Rs.900 due someone’s negligence towards their duty.
