Good afternoon si/madam
we have booked air india tickets through 3rd party app Paytm on april 12 3:37 PM , order id 20850608238 , UPI reference no : 346856358363 , but my flight was cancelled due to technical issues by air india , and they issued full refund eligibility to the people who dont want to flight next flight that they arranged next day .
after that we spoke with air india customer support they Put full refund remark and transferred the issue to paytm,.
But the Paytm side they are asking irrelevent details with their chat support , and they are not allowing us to engage with their customer care officials , thus delaying the process , i am attaching the copy of the air india refund letter.
