Hello Team,
I K.Lakshmana Reddy, reporting to you about my credit card transaction, which went through without my intention. I have received a fraudulent call stating as SBI credit card customer care team and they confirmed all my personal information like my Date of Birth, Credit card number, Credit card limit and the outstanding balance for this month. In the meanwhile, I have received an OTP and text message of the transaction. I am not sure how come my personal data has been with a third person. I feel like bringing this to your attention to take legal action on the fraudster at the earliest. Here is the FIR, which I have registered in the local police station. Request you to take the legal action at the earliest to get my amount back to my account. I need to be resolved at the earliest and refund the amount back to my credit card.
And not sure how can Paytm was settled the amount to the fraudester after receiving an email from police and that too to the bank name was. Verified as false account ..
I really feel this was a mistake from Paytm and I was a victim of their negligence.
