- First of all im a merchant in paytm.
- On 18th December i will transferred an amount of money 5000 through my wallet but it not credited in my bank account at the same day.
- Then i call merchant helpline, they will give me refrence number and told me to reach your bank with reference number.
- I went for the bank and talk to bank manager with reference number.
- After that i make call again to paytm customer support service and they told me wait for 7 working day but i didnt get my money back.
- Sir I need my money back at any cost.
