Hi Sir, this is with regards to I have booked 2 indigo flight tickets from Paytm, I had selected HDFC EMI option due to personal issue I had to cancel the flight tickets, I received message saying partially refunded, but after some days that EMI has been generated now, I contacted HDFC bank they told they can not cancel the EMI paytm should only do, I contacted paytm later they are telling they can not cancel the EMI bank should only have to do, now I have to pay the bank Rs 13,888, please help me on this
And I am not able to contact the paytm people to explain the problem
