Hi sir/mam,
I am Raju Kallem placed a product order no: 6237938763 in paytm mall on 10th Oct and received the order on 15th October. I revived a damaged water purifier (Kent pearl) product and placed return request on 21st October and still no one came to pick the order or didn’t get refund. Please help with this. Tried to reach support by mail/messages/calls, no response.
