Text of Complaint by Shyam Sunder Asawa:

I have ordered a Air cooler which i received as a damaged product.

I raised the return on the next day itself i.e 7th May, 2019. but still i am waiting for the return pickup to happen and my amount got blocked now as I am in no way to use the product as it is damaged. Please help me getting the return pickup and my amount back to my account.
