I want to complaint about the paytm mall. We have purchased Pigeon Brass Oval Steel Manual Gas Stove (3 Burners) – Paytm Order #6951153794 on 3rd Jan which had a n defect in one of the burner since day 1.
First we contacted Pigeon for the repair and their technician came after a week and repaired it but it was not resolved and we still facing. Now both Paytm care and Pigeon (StoveKrafT) are not helping us in replacing the product.
