Hello Team,

Please help me out with the torture that paytm/paytm mall is doing to me.
1: I placed an order for MI Redmi Note 5 Pro 6 GB/64 GB Gold on 29 th oct 2018 ( Cash on delivery)
2: the seller shipped me a used phone with broken seal and in the box all i received was a phone and charger ( Missing: warrenty card, user manual etc )
3: so i returened that phone and ordered a new one
4: For the new order i placed with paytm mall the seller shipped me a Red colour phone so i returned that as well
5: i was waiting for a gold colour phone from the seller and the prices for the phone increased by 3k from what i ordered
6: considering that Paytm messaged me about the new order that the seller doesnt have this phone in stock and he that they will cancel this order .
7: and they cancelled that order and asked me to wait for the refund which i received after 10 days .
8: however the orgnal order is still not refunded by paytm , they are just asking me to fill up the bank details again and again and asking me to wait for 14 working days ( Excluding saturday & Sunday & Goverment holidays )
9: i also waited for that long after filling up the bank details on ( 7th Nov{3 times}, 12th Nov {1}, 15th nov {Once}, 19th Nov{once, and 26 th Nov (once).
10: having done all of this i have been calling and speaking to the useless customer service and there supervisors every day with no results and they just asking me to wait .
11: i have had sever emails from PAYTM asking me to wait to get refunded and every time i have asked them to check the staus of refund they have either asked me to fill up the goole form with bank details or wait for 14 working days .
12: I am in stress and not sure who can help me with this issue as they have been harresing me since last month with my payments stuck i dont even have a phone and also my money is gone

Requesting you to please help me out with this issue ASAP.
