Dear Sir,
I ordered a Room Heater (Order id :- 12338806472) on 30th November, 2020 and I received a defective product on 5th December, 2020. So, I have placed a replacement request on the same day. There was no response from them till today (23rd Dec, 2020). I submitted multiple requests to their 24*7 help desk because their customer care number is not working.
After 18 days, today (23rd Dec, 2020), they sent an email to me saying, they will not be able to process my replacement request as I have not placed the return request within their given timeframe.
How can they say this? I have placed return request on the same day when I received the order.
This is a total shame on Indian e-Commerce Portal. Very bad and frustrating experience. I have lost faith on PayTM as they are playing these kind of cheap tricks with many customers. Please ask them to refund my money. ๐
