I ordered sunflame bella chimney on 15 January (my order no. Was 12556354893) and I received a damaged product on 20 January after which I submitted a replacement request on 20 Jan the same day (with request NO. 1255635489). While submitting the replacement I was asked for photo of the DAMAGED PRODUCT that was uploaded along with the Request. And It started getting shows in the PAYTM APP that your “RETURN REQUEST SUCCESSFULLY PLACED once your product is picked up your return product will be shipped”. I was given time till 27 Jan for pick up. And I kept waiting till 27 Jan and today it has been 15 days no response has come and now it is showing in Paytm app that “your return request has been canceled “.What do I do about this fraud now? Where to go . During this time I msg daily 2 3 times and called customer care but there is only the computerized ivr option was saying that the replacement product will be shipped as soon as your product is picked up. Otherwise There is no any option available to directly talk with customers care representative or no any email given to contact with them .please help me. you can find the attachment below and see the confirmation masg of the return request.
