I placed an order on Paytm Mall app and applied a promo code (Indusind bank credit card : Get 10% cashback upto ₹4000 from 27Jan-31Jan21) while placing the order.
Cashback offer was showing in my order summary. It was clearly mentioned there that I will get ₹1649 cashback but after shippment of the product but it was removed automatically.
It means Paytm cheated on me. Very disappointed. ₹1649 is a huge amount for me.
