I got call from numbers 8514068512, 6297977498 (on true caller it is showing Rahul Sharma Paytm KYC) on 11.02.2020, about my KYC up gradation for the paytm number. They asked me to download one software quick support through which I can update my KYC and through this they were able to control my mobile message (OTP) and paytm too. Through this they did three transactions of Rs. 49990, and Rs. 7000/- (money gone to PayU Payment private limit) from my SBI credit card and one transaction of 9990 from IDBI debit card. I request you to please take the necessary action against it. I did FIR, reported it to local cybercrime and national cybercrime department as well as bot banks.
