I booked for Kyc updation for my paytm & somebody was supposed to come & visit me today.
First I received a call & was told by agent that he did not bring machine & will visit tomorrow (Praveen – 8073725359 from courier company) he call from paytm system & gave his no when I told I will visit him.
Secondly Again I got call from praveen through system call & told me to give code which I will receive on mobile. He stated that he has purchased something from amazon & want code. I find this fradulent & want to report against paytm & that guy as how can he do such thing.
This incident happend today on 8th Sept 2021 & I received 1st call at 9.30 am
