I booked an appointment for paytm KYC registration but they missed for two times and when i called them the never recived my call and now they are calling for the next appointment and I’m asking why u didn’t appear on the 1st and 2nd time, so tey are like it happens some times we have lots of work ans stuff… is this the way they talk to a customer ?
And they I started telling them that so when you gonna come and so, they said in a aggresive way, when we have time then will come and started abusing me and hang up the call.
Take action against the paytm KYC customer service for this unbareable behaviour.
